TIP OF JOB STRESS OVERCOME
Stress is usually caused by psychological stress. Disease stress is not a physical illness, but when under the influence of excessive stress, it would appear physical illness, especially when combined with the immune system decreases due to many minds.

In general stress caused by worry, irritation, fatigue, frustration, work piling up, fear, lack of sleep and immune system are decreased. In order not to experience prolonged stress, there are several ways you can do to reduce stress, particularly those experiencing stress because of work.

  • Notice your surroundings, avoid things that can make if you stress.
  • Write down any work that you have to do, make predictions about how long you need to complete the work. Try to control the work to be done. By mastering the job, then you will be more relaxed in doing it. You do not feel the stress and hunted down time.
  • Concentrate on one job, stress at the thought unfinished work will only make the job was not finished-finished.
  • Arrange your energy usage, prioritize the more important work and avoid wasting energy on unnecessary things.
  • Hire a housekeeper, to help solve your homework so you can better concentrate on the job.
  • When you successfully complete a job, yourself a little treat, such as giving the body with chocolate intake, snack, or a cold drink. Something that makes you relax.
  • Rest when tired of work already, go to the nearest cafe or try a walk to relax tense muscles due to stress. Could also take a 10 minute break for relaxation after doing something. Close your eyes, let your mind drift to something that is not your job. Imagine you're on vacation or doing fun activities. This can reduce the stress on your mind.
